Before there is Shipping, there is Production. We try to keep just the right level of inventory, and your products may be in stock, but we treat every order as if it were built-to-order. Allow up to two weeks prior to shipping.
If you are ordering PFG Stones with a LID, please make sure you choose the WITH LID variant of your PFG Stone type. DO NOT add a lid as an additional product, because this may automatically trigger additional shipping charges. (23 JUN 2023)
CANADA!! — UPDATED 16 DEC 2023
Well, my, how things have changed. We recently had two Canadian customers tell me about their experiences with UPS, Brokerage Fees, and Provincial Taxes. This really sucks.
So, I consulted with my Canadian customers, and they told me that USPS is the best way. This is a big change from July, when USPS was “criminally slow”. But, I respect the view from North of the border.
Look for USPS Priority International for your shipments to Canada.
Also, if your shipment is valued UNDER $500 and 4 pounds or less, it qualifies for a program called “DDP” or “Delivered Duty Paid”. This will cost an additional $9.95 for Priority Mail International, but based on the grief that customers were getting with UPS it sounds like a bargain. (I have hacked the shipping table, and you will be automatically using DDP for weights 4 pounds and under. -14 JAN 2024)

If you create a product order, prior to payment you will be offered all the shipment options for the destination, size and weight you've chosen. If you would like to use a carrier or shipping speed that is not listed for your order, please ask before placing your order.
US orders have the advantage of automatically calculated rates for packages sent via UPS and USPS. This is reliable and simple.
International Orders
UPS Express/Expedited (depending on country) is offered at a simplified rate. It may be the highest cost, but fastest with best tracking.
USPS Priority Mail International and Flat Rate is offered in several countries. Priority Mail International takes 6–10 Business Days for many major markets. The actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays (see USPS page). If yours is not shown in our shipping options, and you really want this shipping method, drop us a note and we will add it. There is no automatic way to calculate USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate with our commerce system, so we add them manually. And the system we are using cannot detect which size box you need.
Please note: USPS now contracts with a company called Global Post to apparently consolidate cross-border shipments. So, your USPS international shipment actually goes to a sorting center in New Jersey first, then off to your country. It will make tracking harder, but it seems to have really solved some problems USPS was having. (updated 16 DEC 2023)
WE DO NOT COLLECT VAT, any taxes, or duty! You are likely to need to settle those charges upon its arrival at customs in your country.
